We can and will handle all updates no matter how small. As long as you have credit in your account, we will do the update.

How big of an update can you do for me?

As long as you have credit in your account there is really no limit to the size of an update or task we can carry out for you. Before commencing any large request, we will confirm with you that this is what you want done and how many credits it is likely to cost you.

How do I get my website or social media page updated?

After you have created and added credit to your account you can lodge an update request via:

How long will an update take?

Standard requests for updates are commenced within one business day.

Urgent requests are commenced within four hours.

Critical requests are commenced within one hour.

We talk about requests being commenced rather than completed because we do not know how long requests are going to take to finish.

How will I know when it is finished?

You will receive an email when your request has been completed.

What is a credit?

A credit is a block of 15 minutes and roughly how long it takes to make small changes. For example, when you purchase a Starter pack, you purchase 16 credits or enough support to make 16 small updates.

I'm not sure what plan will suit me best, which one should I choose?

We recommend getting started with either the Pay as you go OR Starter pack.

Pay as you go is great for businesses that only make a few changes now and then or if you simply aren't sure and want to test drive our service first. You can always test drive us with Pay as you go and then buy more of the same or some Starter pack or Premium pack credit when you are sure.

Starter pack is best for businesses that want to make about one update a month. You can always add more credit later

Can I add credit to my account at any time and how?

You can add credit to your account at any time and it is always a good idea to at least maintain some credit in your account so that if you need to have a quick update done you are not delayed by some unrelated hiccup like not remembering credit card details or problems with the banks systems.

To add credit, simply log into your account, click the Add Credit button in your dashboard and follow the steps to make your payment.

Do you keep my credit card details for future payments?

No, we do not retain your credit card details. When you make a payment to us it is done through our merchant provider who processes your payment on their highly secure and trusted payment platform.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No there is no contract. You simply purchase some credits which you can use any time over the following two years. You can add more credit at any time.

How secure is it?

We use SSL encription across our whole website so when you see the little lock in the URL as well as https you know that your information is protected.

How do I keep track of my requests and other information?

In your account area you can view details of all your requests as well as all your purchases and current account credit balance.
